What the public record includes

Parcel identity and boundary, CRIM’s physical address and parcel size, assessed values, exemptions, and—when present—the last recorded sale and registry references.

Assessed values are a tax basis, not an asking price or current appraisal. Confirm the highlighted boundary is the property you meant.

What it does not prove

The cadastral popup does not prove the account has no CRIM debt. For a purchase, ask for a current Estado de Cuenta, Certificación de Valores, and Certificación por Todos los Conceptos.
